Compromise Pancakes

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 TBS sugar
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 TBS cocoa
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  1. Mix dry ingredients in small bowl
  2. Mix wet ingredients in larger bowl
  3. Slowly add dry to wet
  4. Mix until large lumps are gone
  5. Pour individual pancakes onto nonstick griddle or pan
