- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 TBS sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 TBS cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Mix dry ingredients in small bowl
- Mix wet ingredients in larger bowl
- Slowly add dry to wet
- Mix until large lumps are gone
- Pour individual pancakes onto nonstick griddle or pan
